Tender Mercies approached Brill Creative to help reimagine their website experience with a stronger focus on usability, engagement, and clear opportunities for visitors to donate, volunteer, and get involved.
We started by listening closely to their goals, auditing the existing site structure, and mapping out a more intuitive user journey through strategic planning and wireframing. From there, we developed high-fidelity UI designs and custom programmed key areas of the site to push beyond some of Squarespace’s default limitations and create a cleaner, more purposeful experience across desktop and mobile.
